Absolutely none I could even imagine

Cons

Upper management micro-manages everything. They do not listen to anyone with experience. If you are a good brown noser, you will be able to survive, The HR department is manipulative and under handed

Pros

If you can suck up to senior staff you’ll do just fine.

Cons

HR has been directing lower-level staff to leave fake positive reviews on this site and others. This is despicable in my opinion and it removes the last shred of respect I had for this place. Just look how much their average rating has risen over the past few months! Senior officers are always in a crabby mood when the company survey results come in. If only they spent more time actually fixing their toxic atmosphere than trying to put lipstick on it.

Pros

Workplace environment is easy going. Dept manager and HR have an open door policy.

Cons

Enerco is a growing multi-site company, which in itself is a good thing. However, because the company is multi-site communicating with other departments can become difficult at times.
