I loved the people I worked with and I enjoyed my job.

Cons

I was confused about who was in charge. I also was fired for discussing my pay with another employee I was not aware that was against Enerco policy.

Pros

The culture and training is second to none. Amazing staff and team; down to earther are in high positions inside the company. The ethics and benefits were top notch.

Cons

Seasonal work is the only downside but they keep people who are willing to work the down season and give them tasks to help in different places in the ecosystem.
