Pros

Most benefits are on par with comparable employers. Office is clean, comfortable, and located in a nice area. Office supplies freely provided. IT support very nice and helpful.

Cons

The company has allowed deplorable behavior by some manager(s) to go on essentially unchecked, and even continues to promote at least one terrible manager as a superstar. Abusive behavior such as manipulation, lying, and blame shifting has been all too common and contributed to a large number of employees in one division leaving. Many employees who remain would leave if given the opportunity because it seems as if no meaningful action will be taken despite reports from numerous employees and company-wide survey results that clearly point to the manager as a problem. It is unbelievable that such a terrible manager is protected while employees have endured mistreatment for so long.

Decent pay, flexible hours, an ok retirement plan

Cons

Loyalty, devotion to the company, working long hours and weekends all amount to nothing if you accidentally make a mistake. Management takes care of management, all other employees are expendable.
