      Pros

      The people, employee-owners are just great to share the days and years with. Especially in Oklahoma City. Everyone works hard together for successful outcomes and we appreciate each other, even when executive management does not seem to appreciate us. Better than average compensation and benefits, flexible work hours. Celebrate holidays and successes together - feels more like a family. I was glad every day to do my best for my co-workers.

      Cons

      At least for the past 4-5 years, the company has had very poor decision making in choosing executive leadership for the Environmental Services Group. This includes the current leadership of that group. These people have been chosen to lead from outside the organization and have no stake or motivation except for themselves and it has manifested itself in every conceivable negative way possible, demoralizing and losing long-time, great employees.
