      good pay, decent benefits, smart employees

      Cons

      Disregard for employees, management cares about you if you sit on the 4th floor. If you are a regular engineer who just wants to do a good job forget it. Every year they budget crazy numbers and when they don't hit it they blame the individual contributors. When Richardson retired the whole attitude changed.

      Some co-workers and managers were awesome to work with.

      Cons

      Always after you for not having billable hours. No room to grow and no option to work from home for lower-level employees.
