      - The people. My coworkers are awesome. - Interesting, challenging, diverse work. - Salaries beat competitors by 20+% for most levels/positions. - Employee owned company. Huge payouts in company stock. - Tons of new leadership opportunities open up every year as the company continues to grow and expand. - Multiple leadership development training programs for all levels of staff and management.

      Since we're consultants, we sometimes have to bow to unreasonable client demands on schedules.

      paychecks on time, never laid off, friendly janitorial staff

      Cons

      Very poor business management and structure. Upper management stuck on looking at charts and graphs instead of understanding the details of daily tasks and workload within the production side of the business. Professionalism is scarce in this place, and everyone is burned out all the time - it's just the norm.
