Can't think about any pros except high salary rate. The flexible hours is good but it is common in the market

Cons

Not real engineering company. People copy and past from previous jobs without real knowledge behind it. Don't let people work unpaid overtime

Pros

- Fairly private workspaces (tall cubicles) allows you to work with minimal distraction - Somewhat flexible on day-to-day schedule as long as you are charging the hours and getting work done - Good pay for Civil - Usually paid overtime (which is rare in Civil engineering) - Don't require a 50 hour workweek minimum like many other Civil jobs

Cons

- Almost certainly will be asked/told to go on site visits to plants, sometimes for extended duration (weeks), sometimes at the last minute - Success is not based on productivity, it is based on charging hours. Promotions and raises are very political, your productivity will not factor into it - Lots of the stereotypical corporate nightmares, lots of hiring from outside for higher positions rather than from within. - Typically very dull, low skill, repetitive projects for Civils... you won't come away with much to add to your resume if you ever want a new job in the Civil industry.

Avoid this company, asked employees to work for free then they laid off everyone

Good coworkers, free coffee, pay was above market, however all the unpaid time they make you work is not worth it

Cons

1- they will make work for free to meet schedule and budgets 2- they laid off entire departments due to lack of work 3- you will work for an extra of 20 hrs a week for free 4- management asked to work professional time on projects then they will laid you off 5- they do not care about employees. 6- health benefits are mediocre 7- work life balance does not exist. In summary Avoid this company at all costs.
