Enercon does not know the difference in good and bad engineers
Pros
There are divisions of this company that have very easy, mindless jobs that pay well for "engineers." Yet there are other divisions that require a tremendous amount of work and effort, responsibility, etc., but offer very little incentive in the form of pay, benefits, etc. Very much not recommended for high performing engineers with self-motivation, as they will overwork and underpay you
Cons
-Based on responsibilities and work scope, very low base pay/salary -Terrible benefits, insurance, etc. -Below average 401k matching. -The bonuses and profit sharing "programs" they try to sell never really pay out the amounts they portray. For example, their target budgets are too high, so they never meet profit goals, which results in limited bonuses and profit sharing. -Very much not recommended for high performing engineers with self-motivation, as they will overwork and underpay you
