Pros

Many young engineers are bringing changes. It could feel slow but I saw changes.

Cons

There's nothing around. It would be a good place to settle so if you are expecting a fast paced work, this isn't it.

Pros

I haven't been there long but in the time i was there, they were restructuring. The Management have been trying very hard to improve the culture.

Cons

Stressful environment. Employees (in the Nuclear group) are required to hunt for billable work almost every day due to the small budgets of each "packet of work".

Engineers are great, management is not

Pros

The people I worked with were great, and the pay is likely above average. Some of our clients were amazing to work with.

Cons

Project managers are pressured to overpromise and underbid, and the engineers and/or product suffer for it. Bonuses are miniscule if you're lucky enough to get one. Timesheets must maintain >98% billable hours at all times and are due in full every day. Recruiter/HR will tell you Enercon pays OT if needed; but in reality most projects we worked on didn't authorize OT, which was sorely needed by some very unfortunate individuals who wound up leaving mid-project.
