Pros

Awesome and young staff. Mission driven. Lots of fun. Super flexible. Professional, but I can still wear a t-shirt to work if I want.

Cons

Growing pains. Staff being switched to new pay structure. Recent grads benefitting from current pay structure making decent hourly + overtime which will change soon. Management needs to be figured out.
