At ES, young employees get a great opportunity to get hands-on experience in reducing emissions through energy efficiency projects. The level of responsibility will vary depending on what department you are in, but managers are fairly flexible to make sure your work load isn't overwhelmingly.

Cons

Senior level individuals have far too much flexibility to pursue projects that have little value to the company and limited oversight.
