Good benefits; 401k match and ESOP. Mostly remote work (60%-70% of the time) which is good because no one likes going into the office. Generally nice people sharing mission. Inclusive.

Cons

PTO is a joke, timesheets are unbearable to manually input info and submit, low pay which is hard to live by especially in CA where inflation is on the rise and it's hard to keep up, incompetent supervisor which lead to a decrease in wanting to work, DEI was overly focused on versus merit, favoritism, poor management, lots of quick organizational shifts so it's hard to keep up. Not sure where the company will be heading 3-5 years.
