1. Excellent company onboarding experience and strong emphasis on Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility (IDEA). 2. The company actively supports the transition from traditional Human Resources (HR) to an IDEA-focused approach. 3. IDEA provided valuable support during communication challenges with leadership.

Cons

1. Limited hands-on training and support were provided, with most learning reliant on outdated or non-functional documentation and videos. 2. Communication between departments, particularly between IDEA and leadership, lacked consistency and clarity. 3. Feedback was not always well-received by leadership, with miscommunications often attributed to employees rather than addressed collaboratively.

-Industry leading decarbonization program and policy work -Clients see ES as true experts and reliable at delivering on what we say we will do -Lots of smart, dedicated, mission driven, and kind co-workers -The company has been incredibly successful, growing like clockwork and regular bonuses and the ESOP provide an opportunity for all to share in that success -Well positioned for the future with a great industry reputation and growing markets -The company invests in trainings and professional development opportunities and will give you more responsibility if you want it and can prove you can take it on

Cons

-There have been growing pains, the company’s systems haven’t evolved as fast as we’ve grown, but are getting better -Pay can be on the lower side -Some teams are better managed than others -Workload can be high at times, it is consulting after all -The working hours expectations policy doesn’t make a lot of sense and the roll out was poor as others have noted, but it really doesn’t impact your day to day

Managers - Ego driven, control freaks that hugely play favorites. Poor training and communication. High turnover, poor work/life balance. I heard more negativity about the company from my manager than anyone else.
