Pros

Company paid parking, 401k matching, bonus program

Cons

The company as a whole is not current with the times. 10 days of remote time permitted annually. After working from home during the C-vid shutdown, employees with a proven track record working from home should be permitted more time to do so. The work / life balance is non existant.

Pros

Great benefits and there are a lot of opportunities for a young person to build their network and progress in their career.

Cons

I joined because they bought out my former company, so this will skew my impression of them. Since the buyout and all the layoffs, the mood has really soured, and I haven’t seen much direction from ET leadership on where to go (other than pledge your complete loyalty to ET or die.). It feels like we really aren’t that significant to them, and all they really wanted were just our physical assets. Of course, it is possible that there is some grand strategy that I am just not seeing.
