Pros

Great people. Operations is better place to be than corporate

Cons

Management is all about show over substance. Was told do not need to produce just look good. Do not need to know your job just have a management sponsor

Pros

Pay is standard. Benefits are standard. Just enough is given.

Cons

Everyone is ridiculously overworked in every department. Upper management does not value work/life balance. Remote and Hybrid are frowned upon. They don't understand that if they focused on providing a weekly mental relief to their,. It would not only increase moral and performance, but it would attract younger eager people in the door. The work culture is aging rapidly. The mental fortitude is declining because everyone is tired. The lackluster half day Friday attempt forces you to spend longer hours in the office M-Th that takes away time from your family and causes you to deal with insane traffic stress.

Pros

To have a job during tough economic times

Cons

Does not care about employees during covid, back in the office for no reason. Forced to be in small cubicals that are not 6 feet apart. Lack of empathy as a company for putting employees at risk
