Pros

The benefits, training and upward mobility are a breath of fresh air.

Cons

The company is pretty archaic when it comes to emergency situations like Coronavirus, when it comes to not notifying employees when someone in the office becomes sick or not sending people to work from home at the height of cases and deaths in Houston

Pros

It is an overall good job, great benefits, and good pay.

Cons

There is no accountability, it is a fear based work environment, and those who excel or do more than their share are not rewarded. It pays to slack off here, which is not fair to everyone else.
