Pros

I am only typing this because i have to say a minimum of 5 words, but short answer is NONE.

Cons

Terrible company from Chairman to the doorman. This company thrives on making their employees miserable. CEO sends Christian preaching sermons to employees and extremely politically charged emails that are horrifying. This company is obsessed with butts in seats for no less than 40 hours a week. They are not flexible and don't tolerate working from home at all.

Cons

Handled COVID terribly. With record earnings Energy Transfer did not pay out bonuses for 2020. Stopped 401k match in 2020 due to COVID. Payed out bonus for 2021 1st quarter because of employee dissatisfaction. Therefore 2021 payout will be payed on 2nd, 3rd, and 4th quarter (not a full year payout). Merit increases were not payed out in 2020 and were average in 2021. Toxic and dysfunctional work environment in most groups. Management doesn’t take on leadership role. Most older managers are just riding out their last few years to retirement. Very “Good ole’ boy” environment. Hard for woman to get recognition and reach middle management. Most male managers and male co-workers will suppress women in career growth and career development.

Pros

None, None, None, and None

Cons

SXL hired me w/o knowing that what skills sets they needed to manage recently acquired software application. When I found myself that job profile does not match with my skill sets, I resigned within 5 weeks, and hoped to payback reasonable relocation package to settle SXL accounts but nexus between Sunoco logistics relocation company inflated bill upto 27 K for 5 weeks. Can you believe this? I explained multiple times to HR and that I was not suitable resource and person interviewed me, rejected my skill sets that I can;t perform the job. Also requested them come up with reasonable figure of relocation package but every time hit wall. I wish that never have believed recruiter in first place and never Joined Sunoco Logistics. If HR people are reading this please response, and Please be considerate in these kind of scenarios. I had stressful time SXL and still going thru a lot.
