Pros

Flexible schedule, high salary, decent bonus (~12% of salary), relaxed environment, casual dress.

Cons

They only give 2 weeks vacation for your first 5 years. 2 weeks is really not enough especially when your family lives across the country. I plan on asking for more when I get promoted (hopefully after 2 years of working here).

Thanks for your feedback. There is a time based progression structure (promotions with higher pay which are automatic based on time worked) for time based progression jobs and overtime is offered of course for nonexempt employees. Safety is by far a top priority and the "Personnel team helped hire internally/externally nearly 2,000 people in 2018. We encourage a review of our 10-k and website for further information. Thank you, Energy Transfer LP

Pros

Good benefits. Salaries aren't as high as others in industry, but if you do a good job the bonus can make up for it.

Cons

Company is getting too big. All flexibility we used to have (work from home when sick) is now gone. Promotions are difficult to get because they seem to promote based on who you are friends with instead of qualifications. Also, promotions on hold often due to company constantly purchasing other companies.
