Pros

Great department management. Pay and bonuses are good. Team worked as a unit.

Cons

Upper management are stuck in their old ways. Would not consider doing hybrid when most of the industry has been adapting to the change, causing good workers to leave.

Pros

Most groups are pretty laid back and you'll probably have a lot of free time Great place to collect a check

Cons

Not very open to remote work, very hard to get promoted unless you know people high up. More than half of my 50+ people department have parents or uncles who do business with the higher ups. Employees are very Fox News (which plays on every TV throughout the building, by the way)... just look at every company posts comment section on LinkedIN Company is set up as a partnership, which, at this level is basically a scheme to funnel money to the shareholders instead of compensating employees past the bare minimum
