Pros

There's always an opportunity. The people are super nice, fun and easy to work with.

Cons

If you work on the floor, the environment is super noisy and very hot in the summer time. There is no air conditioner to help cool you. Only large ceiling fans that picks up the dust. The only places that are air conditioned is the office rooms and the cubes out on the floor. If you're ok with that, it's a place for you.
