      -Comfortable office -free coffee -If you want to coast, its perfect due to lack of direction and follow through on deadlines

      Cons

      -lack of leadership, mentorship, and accountability -lack of opportunity and progression - understaffed -poor compensation -hostile to any and all change or improvement

      Pros

      I have been provided with the opportunity to use my intellect and experience to drive continuous improvement in our processes and procedures. I have learned and grown more with Actuant than I have over the previous 15 years of experience in HR.

      Cons

      It is a matrixed organization so it is not for everyone. You have to be comfortable working with and for people with different departmental and divisional goals. However all of the goals feed into the company's overall objectives. It builds your networking and relationship building skills but, you have to be willing to get out of your comfort zone in order to make it work.
