Great industrial tool product and service business. Employees with a sincere desire to improve, simplify, and to make customers successful.

Cons

Top level management constrains progress by attitude and belief that they are the smartest guys in the room. Empowerment is non-existent. Decision making only happens at the top.

Ok benefits and onsite gym.

Cons

Way too many internal politics. When people exit the company, you should listen to the feedback and do something about the concerns instead of gossiping about the feedback. Also, there is zero work-life balance and you are expected to work when you are on vacation.
