Unless you worked with leadership (who is all 3 years or newer) in a previous life you have no chance of advancement, leadership has no regard for the market, which is troubling considering your comp plan is based entirely on previous year growth. They’ll boast a lucrative bonus structure in your interview process, but you won’t hit it. Only about 20ish TMs nationwide, and since I’ve started, we’ve never had a full stable.. turnover is massive. Oh- and I hope you like SalesForce.. your whole existence will be micromanaged into outlining your every move, past and future, into the platform.
