We appreciate your review and are sorry that you did not have a good cultural experience with our organization. We have moved into our beautiful new space in downtown Milwaukee and so far, even in the first week, we can tell there is a big difference in collaboration happening. It's exciting! We wish you all the best in finding the right fit for you.

Pros

My peers are all pretty cool. Once you get into leadership it’s like your watching a How Not To.

Cons

Sales professionals looking for a job.. run. And run far, fast. Unless you worked with leadership (who is all 3 years or newer) in a previous life you have no chance of advancement, leadership has no regard for the market, which is troubling considering your comp plan is based entirely on previous year growth. They’ll boast a lucrative bonus structure in your interview process, but you won’t hit it. Only about 20ish TMs nationwide, and since I’ve started, we’ve never had a full stable.. turnover is massive. Oh- and I hope you like SalesForce.. your whole existence will be micromanaged into outlining your every move, past and future, into the platform. One of the largest consulting companies restructured our organization and if that alone isn’t enough to send you to the next opportunity, read the rest of my entry again.

Thank you for your input. Our company prides itself on continuous improvement and we value all feedback. First and foremost, we agree—our employees are amazing, and we appreciate the contributions each one of them make! We’re sorry to hear that your experience with us has not been as positive. As you mentioned, Enerpac has made several organizational and process changes over recent years, enabling us to serve our customers better and drive significantly higher levels of performance across our company. We understand that change can sometimes be uncomfortable. We are, however, proud that these strategies—led by a commercial leadership team with over 40 years of combined experience at Enerpac—have enabled our commercial team to run further and faster, resulting in strong above-market growth and created new and very rewarding opportunities for both existing and new employees. The use of new tools and processes has enabled us to apply more rigor to our sales process and created more insight and visibility into our markets. Thank you again for your feedback. We're always striving to improve and value your input.
