      Pros

      It is very politically correct company.

      Cons

      Not enough supervision from HQ to other branch offices, like: Deer Park, Red Wing an Antigo. If you don't play a political game you are out of loop and could get a termination. I have seen few hard working manager got terminated just because they were not on a political team. Leaders listen to only to their favorite employees and never make best judgment for all.

      The brand Enerpac is well established

      Cons

      A scapegoat job for Malaysia manager that gets blamed for "not performing" by Singapore despite US$3mil sales in one man show environment. Be expected to leave in 1.5 years. Ask them how many person left in the past 5 years. Pay is just above lousy not worth it.
