Pros

Consistent work for me the whole time that I worked there.

Cons

They hire many felons. With that comes many different problems.

Pros

It's easy to get in the door. They're almost always hiring for several positions. It's a small company, so not too much over-head. They like people that are motivated. If you do your job and treat people the way you'd like to be treated, they'll keep you around as long as you're willing.

Cons

High turnover rate for skilled labor. Machines are almost all 20-50 years old and incredibly dirty. You WILL get very dirty every day at this plant. Management is a little disorganized, but they mostly do their job. Very little attention to safe work practices. Someone gets hurt almost weekly. No 401K matching, poor dental & vision benefits.
