      Pros

      The variety of work/projects, it is never boring Working with like-minded motivated professionals at all levels of our corporate landscape Great benefits reward motivated employees Limited corporate bureaucracy allows employees to do our job freely I enjoy coming to work and the people I work with.

      Cons

      This is a professional service company and we often need to provide solutions to our clients on a timeline that is beyond our control. The company provides employees with flexibility to help mitigate the impact of external requests on our employees work/life balance which helps tremendously.
