      Interesting work, no 2 days are the same.

      Cons

      Too many to list but in a nut shell, HR/upper management has no clue how to handle complaints or maybe they just dont feel like doing their job. Upper management clearly has favorites and it shows. Policies are only applicable to some and they pick and choose which ones they want to follow.

      Plenty of opportunity to learn by doing grunt-work

      Cons

      Poor management (micro managers) and the structure of the company is designed in a way in which while they "encourage" consultants to recommend others there is reluctance in assisting lower level engineers to build a book of business (because it hurts their hefty year-end bonus).

      Bully type environment. Empty promises for growth or new opportunities. Lack of diversity. Large work load.
