Pros

I think the only pro I can think of is that they have a nice office

Cons

No work life balance especially now when everyone is remote - you should expect to work through your lunch breaks and over time They claim to be growing exponentially but refused to hire people to make up for it so they just spread out the work amongst everyone else They’re training style is to pretty much through you to wolves and see if you survive

Pros

Casual dress, Beer on tap, relaxed work environment, and very friendly coworkers.

Cons

My personal Con is that Engrain was initially two companies; Engrain and Studio by Engrain. The owner decided to merge the two parts of the company which resulted in the letting go of MANY highly valuable and tenured employees.

Quantity is recognized over quality Quick fixes are prioritized over long-term solutions Poor work environment (open workspace, noise, alcohol, distractions) Management lacks accountability Lack of training procedures Open channels for feedback are exclusive to specific teams
