Pros

There’s never a dull moment at Engrain. From adding new products, to celebrating accomplishments and co-workers birthdays or grabbing a beer at our bar with the CEO, I truely look forward to what each day will bring and where the company will be a year from now and 10 years from now. Having had many other employers, people don’t know how good we have it at Engrain.

Cons

Change is the only constant, so if you’re not up for a challenge and able to be flexible and non-corporate, this place may not be for you.

Pros

Engrain has provided me a personal and professional growth that I do not believe I would have gained from anywhere else. I have seen so many changes in the last 2 years in the way of leadership and company progression. Some seemed like bad changes at the time but gaining trust in the business and the business owner, has given me the sense of security I have today. Gaining trust in the vision of the CEO is key to success at Engrain. Working hard and committing to the core values will provide the confidence you need to be successful. You create your own success

Cons

Sometimes communication is lacking from the CEO to the rest of the team which can create a feeling of job insecurities

Pros

Good interaction with the coworkers and some co. events.

Cons

To make it in the co. you need pretty face and chest. Don't trust the owner when he says he will take care of you and your job is secure. At anytime they feel like they don't need you or you anger them off. They will try to get rid of you or push you out. They speak about improving the culture but they do the opposite and moral goes down.
