They really want us to learn. They put us on many projects throughout different departments in the company to give us a better understanding of each.

Sometimes there is not enough for us to do.

Pros

There’s never a dull moment at Engrain. From adding new products, to celebrating accomplishments and co-workers birthdays or grabbing a beer at our bar with the CEO, I truely look forward to what each day will bring and where the company will be a year from now and 10 years from now. Having had many other employers, people don’t know how good we have it at Engrain.

Cons

Change is the only constant, so if you’re not up for a challenge and able to be flexible and non-corporate, this place may not be for you.
