Incredibdly cliquey, best to be married to a higher up otherwise your expectations will be higher than theirs. CEO has openly said AI taking your job is their goal. While that may be true for the bottom line, to take up 3 hours of time to tell people that is about as unprofessional as it gets. As a startup, change is frequent. That alone isn't a con, but this isn't communicated across departments nor enforced when a customer wants things to be how they were. If you value your sanity, stay away.
