WAY Underpaid

Pros

-Great benefits and Insurance -Awesome people you work with

Cons

-Way underpaid -Metrics are hard to achieve but management still makes you strive for it and of you don't you get 2 chances to bring it up, 3rd corrective action is termination. -If you have any corrections on file you don't receive your quarterly bonus. -Raises are based on a badge system and taking a test. So pretty much if you get "good grades and a star sticker" only then you can get paid an extra $0.50. -They constantly are changing processes saying it'll "make things easier" which in fact, it does not. Management doesn't test out or work applications with these changes first to get hands on experience to help teach their Reps/Teams. They just throw it out for Reps to handle while Reps are already juggling multiple things at the same time. When Reps are having issues with new processes metrics Management pretty much tells you, "Oh well 🤷‍♀️, figure it out and get your numbers up." -Management tells Reps to "slow down" their work speed so they can follow along during a shadow session. When in reality this is how fast they actually have to work because they have to meet AWH (Accounts Worked per Hour) metrics, along with other metrics. Management could never do what Reps do on a daily basis, and they don't.

Pros

Remote Bonus They Supplied equipment

Cons

Favorites are played amounts managers . IF you are not a favorite it will show. No overtime. Emphasis on favorites if you do not go the extra mile and do your work and some of the manager duties you will automatically not be a favorite.
