      Pros

      Free snacks and cold brew, 21 days PTO, annual employee events.

      Cons

      Leadership needs to be trained on how to not micromanage and focusing too much on what he said/she said, rather than actually getting the job done. You could be a top performer here, but unless you’re the boss’s favorite, good luck getting any kind of recognition. Small company with little to no room for growth or raises.

      Interviewing process and hiring process was great I enjoyed the first week of training everyone is kind and very helpful I’m looking forward to growth within the company
