      Training is very good Work from home Offers Insurance coverage thats good Easy to learn

      Cons

      Demanding performance metrics Rude Customers (not majority but part of the job) Pay is not motivating Managment is a problem at times but overal they try their best

      Cons

      Management here is very poor, no real growth opportunities. Some managers will curse and yell at their reps which is super unprofessional. Constant quota increases with new daily kpis are added a few times per year. Poor training efforts
