      Excellent pay and bonus Latest technology Top talented people (now Enova is having tough time to retain them)

      Cons

      CTO, he is under qualified for the CTO role, he sucks in leadership and management. Bringing in consultants rather then hiring permanent/long term employees Wrong attitude, we pay really good so no one will quit, so I can treat them the way I want , that's the attitude of the CTO which sucks

      Pros

      I think the working culture at enova is extremely good and laid back. It is one of the top 50 companies to work for. People are allowed to work from home as well.

      Cons

      None at all. I think this company is really good to work for.
