Lots of valuable experience and ownership for new, young workforce. Rewarded for overtime and going above and beyond (as long as you have a good manager)

I have had a great experience working with Enova. The pros include a great work culture, flexible work schedules, working with smart and innovative people, lots of opportunities to learn and grow, great perks & benefits, friendly co-workers, diversity and a great management

Cons

I haven't see any downsides so far.

Exposure to big impact & challenging projects from first day on the job Flexibility - Enova trusts its employees to work hard & rewards with ability to work hours that best fit each employee's schedule & flexibility in regards to long term growth Smart & motivated employees - everyone actually cares about their job, but has no ego - the teams are very strong and want what is best for the team Perks - how many companies offer yoga classes, ping pong, summer hours, stocked breakrooms, etc?

Cons

No formal training or development programs, though most team members will gladly help each other out
