PTO time is limited, and unless your boss is ok, work from home can be difficult.

It was a 8:30-5 job in which if you wanted to could work overtime.

Cons

The management was to train and develop us to improve the calls that we would take on 2 per week but sometimes would wait until end of the month to do the reviews, also there was another group listening in on the call. We were told that these people are review the calls but most of the time didn't even know the sales process or how it was to be done.
