      - Intelligent, great people - Challenging, rewarding projects - Flexible, casual work place- jeans, flexible hours, snacks in break room, free dinner when working late - Cross functional assignments - Performance based culture

      - Brands are not standard in operations processes and metrics making it difficult compare results and performance across the company

      Pros

      - Free lunch and dinner :) - Meaningful interaction with upper management and executives - Early career advancement for top performers - I have much more responsibility and intellectual independence compared to my friends working at top consulting firms and investment banks - Still a young enough company that the startup atmosphere is strong. Yet at the same time, since Enova is an established company, it doesn't have to deal with traditional startup problems (limited resources, limited data, etc.)

      Cons

      - Not all departments pull equal weight - People are very friendly with each other at the office, but outside of the office, not much interaction with coworkers. - Startups poach a fair number of talented employees. - We use Ruby on Rails (personal preference)

      Great Work enivorment to work in extremely low level of stress

      If you are not hired on as permanent then then one mistake practically and your out the door
