      Pros

      Very flexible work environment, food perks are great. Fantastic location next to all trains.

      Cons

      CIO is under qualified for his job; doesn't know how to fix productivity or attrition issues, so he re-orgs constantly. Somebody is going to have explain what makes a 'tech platoon' so much different than a squad. Does not encourage new ideas; only ideas he can understand. This translates to almost no growth. No strategic vision; uses words like 'better' or 'more' to set goals. Frustrating enough for me to start looking. CEO - have no idea, seems to only want to talk to the newspapers or at quarterly meetings, he then buries his face in a smartphone. Has as much charisma as CIO.
