      Pros

      Top points: Works with very smart people. Everyone is eager to help, which helps to make you learn & grow more. Very intelligent decision makers. Very helpful management Tim Ho is reachable. Open door policy, can go knock at anyone's door anytime. Chill hub(discounted yoga classes, hair cuts, massages, phones, etc.) Free lunches in the breakroom most of the time. Working from home is easy, if needed. Team building activities, once a while.

      Cons

      Sick days are not separate. Sick days are part of the vacation days.

      Pros

      Every business and code decision is data-driven, so management decisions always make sense. Co-workers are all very smart, and company atmosphere is such that any of them are accessible whenever you have any questions. And that will encourage you to learn and grow.

      Pros

      Constantly working on new projects. No matter what your position is, if you have a good idea people are willing to listen and take action on that idea. Lots of fun happy hours and group/team activities.

      Cons

      The very fast pace can sometimes be overwhelming. Projects are expected to be done pretty quick whereas other companies you might work on the same thing for a month +.
