-The company hires the best...but can rarely keep them. Extremely high turnover. -The corporate environment is excellent

-The call center environment is disrespectful and humiliating.

Pros

Great comp and benefits, nice office, and friendly coworkers. Enova does a great job respecting work-life balance.

Cons

The existing code base is pretty ugly, and sometimes office politics takes up a decent amount of dev time.

- Most people are bright - Competitive salary - Challenging work - Good location

- No training or on-boarding. - Rapid turnover. - Culture is caustic. - Unconscionable income disparities between and within levels. - Little hope for upward mobility/ poor career pathing. - Management is weak. Company succeeds despite itself. - Management is immature; unseasoned; easily threatened. - Runaway cronyism dressed up as meritocracy. - Business people who make a mistake sometimes summarily dismissed without explanation. - Review process is a cruel joke to colleagues not in management's good graces. - Benefits are poor.
