      Pros

      Great R&D organization. Well organized. Very supportive of the engineers. Using some of the best technology around for web development and backend support systems Great benefits, great location. Sponsors meetups for Ruby, Javascript, PostgreSQL - great way to meet others in Chicago using the same technology.

      Cons

      None yet!! There is a large learning curve for those not already in the web development/ruby on rails world, but there is always a learning curve with every new job...

      Pros

      Top points: Works with very smart people. Everyone is eager to help, which helps to make you learn & grow more. Very intelligent decision makers. Very helpful management Tim Ho is reachable. Open door policy, can go knock at anyone's door anytime. Chill hub(discounted yoga classes, hair cuts, massages, phones, etc.) Free lunches in the breakroom most of the time. Working from home is easy, if needed. Team building activities, once a while.

      Sick days are not separate. Sick days are part of the vacation days.

      People are very helpful, very talented, very motivated and driven Perks are awesome Strong career advancement opportunities

      Cons

      9th floor is awesome, what about other floors? Business requires job to be done ASAP, but that seems to contradict with Agile environment Lot of last minute decisions and chaos just few hours before weekly release is pretty stressful
