      Pros

      Working with Enova has been an experience like none other. Enova has set me up for success with proper training and the resources to complete my tasks. Everyone is extremely friendly and laid back. Enova is not the traditional corporate america company, however this young and energetic environment is extremely productive, intelligent and has a great work ethic.

      Cons

      At this time, I do not have any cons. The entire process from initial conversation to on boarding was smooth with only minor technical difficulties of only being 95% set up for my first day. Nothing worrisome.

      Every business and code decision is data-driven, so management decisions always make sense. Co-workers are all very smart, and company atmosphere is such that any of them are accessible whenever you have any questions. And that will encourage you to learn and grow.

      Pros

      quick money, great schedules, people location, positioned near CTA and easy travel time if working early am shift. Decent parking in the area, you may need to walk a little but its not too bad of a distance.

      Cons

      Worse Training Ever!!!!!!!!! BED BUGS, need I repeat, they have a terrible infestation of BED BUGS and there is no money worth an infestation of Bed Bugs in your home among your family. YUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not Worth it, I know the economy is not doing as well as we would like but employees definitely need to have higher standards when dealing with employers such as Enova Financial. For an entire week there was no response to the bedbug issue. Some employees stated this is not the 1st time. WOW! There was some on the cubicles and I stop bringing my bag to the job. Then one girl had one on her lip when she was on the phone. Another employee said he tried turning the TV on in the break room and smashed a bed bug that he thought was the power button to the remote.
