Pros

Health benefits start immediately. For what it’s worth, section managers are friendly, supportive, and pride themselves in professional development, plenty opportunities for overtime for those who want it.

Cons

30 seconds between each call, not enough time to gather yourself or take notes before the next, no type of support for crazy customers who insist on escalation to the next level. Loan processing is not detail oriented, constantly fumbling on their end to process applications. PTO doesn’t kick in until 90 days. People constantly quitting which just makes other more overwhelmed for incoming calls.
