Lack of understanding about life situations, only caring about meeting "numbers", promoting those that don't work the hardest, but instead are friends with the uppers.

Probably it's best attribute are the people themselves, very friendly, at least the teams I've been a part of or interacting with. The culture is also very inclusive and diverse which I love as well!

Cons

Compensation might be slightly under the market average, at least in my case, and a few reports of others.
