No pros. Go and get your check and leave.

Cons

Little to no career advancement unless your “popular” or favorable with certain upper management Low pay rage unless you’re agent you won’t see a pay increase Poor management Worst HR team. HR will put off as much if not all responsibility on you. Prepare to be HRBP Least best place to work if you are African American - passive aggressive racist No team spirit High and unrealistic expectation with no reward Prepare for 12 hr days weekly. Your list of responsibilities is far longer than the day.

Not a good place to work.

Pros

- The technical work is pretty easy to pick up. - What they do is simple to learn and do. - The work-life balance is good.

Cons

- Not a good environment to work, Kind of toxic. - Not great for especially non-white folks to grow. - Not an honest place; you gotta play politics. - Really depends on your manager, but I had a bad time. - If you care on what you do, in this industry, they targets poor people to make money off them with very high-interest rates, which doesn't feel good, but it depends on your personality. - After I left, I got a job with double the salary and a much better vibe. - Salaries are kind of the lowest in the industry, Especially if you are a recent grad. - Only take the job if you have no other options, especially if you're not white. Also, if you don't care about the impact of your work on the world around you and how you make your money.
