Enova has offered the best work experience I've ever had. I don't think I can come up with any cons. Honestly.

Cons

Management can't communicate well with employees. A lot of micromanagement. Pettiness.

401k dental medical you can meet some cool people , work life balance

Cons

Pay rate sucks, no increase in pay rate, (after 4 years receive a raise once) you might get 20-50 cent raise after your hard work, company policy changes very frequently regarding attendance and new metrics for bonus, The company doesn’t recognize internal talent promotes from outside, company have fake career path mentality of wanting to help employees with career courses but no guideline of obtaining position after following their rules and metric. Metrics are setup for sabotage to not get bonus. Bonus check comes next follow month. When we reach a billionaire status as company they rewarded us with popcorn and pizza followed by no raise. David fisher only exist if a political figure is around to show off the office.
