- Great work environment and office culture - Good benefits and compensation package - Very good collaboration and easy to work across teams - Transparency from management - People Team always seeking ways for team bonding activities outside of work

Cons

- It is sometimes hard to find that space when you need quiet time to focus on a task because of how the workspaces are setup. Although, it hasn't been an issue since everyone has been working remote

Great Leadership Through COVID Crisis

Pros

Leadership has had strong and responsible response to the coronavirus crisis. Because of recession planning prior to the crisis and responsible lending practices, Enova has been able to continue to operate through the crisis without any layoffs, pay cuts, or furloughs and the leadership has assured us that this will be the case going forward. The company has prioritized helping customers through the crisis as their financial state changes. Non-crisis Pros: - Great work/life balance - Interesting problems and opportunities to work with new technologies - Career opportunities both to move up and also across departments - Diverse and inclusive with fantastic outreach and support to the LGBT community - Great people to work with - Strong day to day focus on company values - Right size to be able to have an impact on the company as an individual

Cons

- Right people don't always get recognized - Some compensation could be higher relative to other companies in the same space
