Pros

CoWorkers help make it a good working environment. An easy work place to work. Metrics are realistic to meet. Accessible to get to.

Cons

Pressure to sale payday loan application Bonus structure needs improvement Very unfair with Quality Assurance. Managers perform QA. They base the scoring on how they think you could have worded your responses instead following the model that QA team set in place

Pros

casual clothing , massages, manicures , free coffee , tvs in break room

Cons

Enova makes sure that the operations team doesnt move up to management or to corporate. You can tell the racial divide in the company. Most African Americans are in the call center while people of non color are on the corporate side, and give hardly any opportunity to advance. Also, as a call center representative, you live by your bonus. Enova did everything in their power to make sure it was impossible to get it. Constant changes to the QA scorecard, sales process ridiculous to apply to every call, and coachings that were delivered AFTER the QA department made the changes to make sure you got a bad grade on your call.

Pros

Enova is a really interesting company. Still has a start-up feel with video games, free food, company nerf wars and pumpkin carving contests. Probably the biggest Ruby on Rails team in Chicago. Huge commitment to open source. Really close knit and collaborative teams.

Cons

Definitely some growing pains. As the company gets bigger, figuring out how to make some the technology scale and how to manage an increasing number of sites on a common platform is a work in progress.
