Pros

Excellent place to work. There is lots of opportunity to grow. You have to be committed to driving your career to make things happen.

Cons

The distinction between the corporate and operations divisions of the business is too obvious; this could be cause for decreased employee engagement.

Pros

Free coffee, set schedule yeah that's about it and good starting pay

Cons

Where to begin, the ridiculous new warehouse they threw us in. It's literally like a sweat shop with the millions of us. There's no down time at all! And don't go to the bathroom when it is not your break trust me your numbers will show you took that extra bathroom break. The attendance policy is a joke family member dies and they'll tell you to sit in an office until at least half your shift has passed so you may only get half an occurrence. You can probably be in a casket at your funeral and trust me that's not enough evidence to avoid an occurrence. Your averaged out in your overall team so if you request a day off you better work double time the day before and after to get up with the rest of your team or else there goes your bonus. To suceed here you have to become your managers bffs because favoritism is a must or you will not go any where other then continue to be a robotic seat filler.
